I remember Friday June 17th 1977 when it snowed over 3 feet in Rock Springs Wyoming. I remember it vividly because June 19th, 1977 was my first anniversary, but we got snowed in and couldn't leave. So I had to spend my first anniversary away from my wife that was in Utah...

While you were out snow boarding  I was planting my 2nd garden , the first one is still producing a decent crop but I can tell it's on the waning side

I was in Rock Springs on Friday June 17th 1977, and I don't remember it snowing "3 feet" that day. In fact, I don't remember it snowing 3 feet in Rock Springs...ever..., and I lived there for 25 years. I remember it snowed on the 4th of July that year (because me and my buddy almost went to jail for lighting off fireworks in the snow).

Are you sure you were in Rock Springs and not Laramie?

I'm sorry, I meant Rock River not Rock Springs Wyoming. Which by the way is not too far from Laramie... thanks for the correction
