Diablo 12 gauge pistol

...but it's a black powder smoothbore. takes 209 primers. the shroud must cover some sort of selector/transfer mechanism.
I think shotguns, being smoothbore, have to have a certain length of barrel and a certain overall length, so they can't be made as pistols.
unless they're black powder.
"A 12 Gauge Double Barreled powerhouse, break open action using conventional breech plug design with common 209 primers. The Diablo shotgun pistol is quite possibly one of the most powerful handguns ever made. Perfect for home and auto defense and offers the best close quarters deploy-ability of any shotgun. The Diablo 12 with its 6? barrels is your legal-to-own answer for the modern sawed-off double barrel shotgun."
says "No license or FFL required, order direct" and California legal.

think one of those .410/.45 revolvers would be better? 0 -
Yet another answer to a question no one asked. 0 -
Looks like a fun add to a collection...
Probably banned in Boston.0 -
It's a gimmick gun
And yes the judge or defender that shoots a .410 /.45lc, or the raging judge that shoots the .410/45lc/454 casull would be a much better choice in my opinion, and you can get the judge or the defender for right around the same price, and the Raging Judge for a little bit more, then you'll actually have something butt you can use0 -

Although much derided/ridiculed, when I shot my neighbor/Buddy's "Public Defender," I was somewhat surprised at it's accuracy/pattern at bedroom distances. (Ball and three disc ammunition, I forget the name.) [PDX?] I would not hesitate to use one at the distances described.
Would not want to get shot at by one.0 -

I always thought the judge and the defender got a bad rap. I wouldn't hesitate getting one in a heartbeat. But I'll get Raging Bull so I can also shoot the .454 casull through it when I want to.
Thanks for confirming my suspicions about them getting a bad rap. the Raging Judge would be the perfect firearm to set next to your bed at night, plus take to Kodiak Island in Alaska0 -
well it looks fun anyways. any 12 ga pistol is going to be fun.

Damn, I was hoping it was rated for at least 100 grains of FFFg.
It would still be fun, either way.
Speaking of fun 12 gauge pistols, this looks intriguing.

I am still patiently waiting for a modern cartridge adaptation of the stories Lemat revolver...
And than there were the slow rate of fire (100 to 200 round per minute) belt fed automatic shotguns in 10 gauge and 8 gauge similar in external appearance to a browning belt fed platform - meant for vehicle mount or deck mount for marines and the navy...
For close range combat zone clearance the results were terrifying.

I've got the Howdah pistol. Mine is 20 gauge. Twelve inch barrels. With 50 grains of fffg and a pair of .590 round balls, this is the cat's meow for household defense.0 -

Probably banned in Boston. You have toYou have to check would you Firearms regulation. This is not a firearm that's why you do not need an FFL license or paperwork to fill out. They are not considered a handgun of modern times. That's why you don't need a background check. It's not a gimmick. If you study up on this stuff and read about it you'll know about it. How is the people can ask all kinds of questions but yet they can't research something on Google about it to find out or to look up the laws in their state instead they have to ask people. I mean that literally just tells me no comment sense. It's 15 to 20 minutes work you can have your answer. Use your phone all the time for things you look things up on it all the time for things then I don't understand why you don't do it for these. God help us.

The 454 Casull has one hell of a kick. If you guys don't know anything about it then I suggest you go to a shooting range and see if they have one that you can try there to see if you can handle it. Or you just might go home or to the hospital with a broken wrist and with that I am not joking. The judge is a piece of crap. For the Raging Bull you can't touch it under $1,000 and that's even pre-owned. You're going to spend money on it I guarantee you. If you're going to do that why don't you just get the 460 or the 460 BMR or the 500. Or even a 480. But in reality before 54 Casull has more power than the 480. And I would not since it seems you don't know anything about hunting bear or anything like that or anything about them would never leave the chance to just take a nap with me to hunt bear especially a Kodiak or grizzly. Because if you ruined it you're not going to have enough shelves to stop it I guarantee you that and you're going to do something much better that you can do what you can to drop it. Or if you don't hit it in the right place or even if you do they're not something that's easily dropped with one shot. Or two or three a lot of times. You really need to study up on your Firepower and especially the type of animals that you talk about wanting to hunt. And you better make sure you have at least two or three other people with you with firearms. And the laws and Alaska are a lot different and harder to hunt there or even Canada.
