On June 10 at 9:15 p.m., Troopers from PSP Clearfield attempted to make a traffic strop for several traffic violations on I-80 E. in the area of mile marker 121, Bradford Township, Clearfield County. During which, Ching Yam Yeung refused to stop and fled eastbound at a high rate of speed. The subsequent pursuit with Yeung continued for approximately 30 miles. During which, Troopers from PSP Rockview barracks assisted by successfully deploying spike strips partially disabling Yeung?s vehicle. While continuing East, Yeung struck a second traveling motorist, failed to stop, then intentionally struck a marked PSP patrol vehicle. Yeung?s vehicle was brought to a controlled stop by

near mile marker 151, Boggs Township, Centre County, where Yeung was taken into custody without further incident. Yeung was transported to and placed in the Clearfield County Jail for arraignment.

Means a LEO not from the original pursuit or infraction, did the stopping. {probably by forcing the car off the road}.
The LEO is cleared of any lawsuits by the offender, even thro he may not have known of any crime the offender committed.0 -
