You may want to consider boycotting this restaurant. They have turned people away at least in two separate instances people that have service animals. Both of which claim their dogs are Mobility service animals. One of which is a veteran. Although that shouldn't matter. Any place that would turn away a service animal should be boycotted in my opinion

  I would agree if it is truly a service animal. Everyone now gets emotional support animals and you can get a certificate online with no requirements at all.

  I ate there once long before this kerfluffle. Wasn't that impressed, to be honest.
  
  In their defense (a bit) they say they had a bad experience with an animal in the past, hence the blanket rule. That, plus the way some people now get away with claiming "service animal" status for their python, iguana, and pet hyena I am not surprised they don't make exceptions.
  
  It's not the only Indian restaurant in town. If you want a curry but have a purse pooch, go somewhere else.
