"Captain Marvel"
Is it any good? Is it like "Black Panther", where they put it out to distract the black lives matter crowed. So "Captain Marvel" was put out to appease the me too folks? Should I wait until it's $10 like I did with "Black Panther"? Black Friday is just around the corner.

I liked it. It has a good story, the actors are all play their parts very well and are believable, not too many twists to get you to the story line and no sappy love tale that shouldn't be in there. 0 -

I watched it overseas and liked it. If you can ignore the actresses political man hating press release statements - it's a decent movie for that series. 0 -

My brother is a bit of a geek, so I get a lot more details about the story lines and characters from him when it comes to this. When I heard about the nonsense that was brewing in the media over this movie I asked him and he said a LOT of what was being circulated was taken out of context. Partial interview quotes being replayed to present the actress as horrible as possible when she was only mildly over the top with her ideas. Since she is playing a very strong character in the Marvel universe and it was a major role I would expect it wasn't hard to find a few quotes to make her look bad. I don't really care about the sideline politics when it comes to a movie......if its a good movie I want to see it. The only time I've ever said "I'm not watching anything this idiot ever plays in" was Jamie Fox and I've not missed out on anything I wished I could have seen.0
