Chilipad review????
It's warming up for the summer, and I sleep hot. I always have and so does my whole family so I know it's not a medical problem, just hereditary. The perfect temperature for me to set my house climate setting at when I'm sleeping is about 50 to 55 degrees. But of course my AC doesn't go down that low. So I don't sleep very good during the summer.
I've been thinking about one of these, and I understand how they work. They work off of water that is cooled or heated ( depending on your preference) that goes through a grid in a pad that you lay on to adjust its temperature from 55 to 110 degrees. But my question is do they really work? And are they comfortable to lay on? I mean can you fill the grid? Also, how long does it take for it to reach the temperature you set it at?
