Just got new Ruger Wrangler .22 revolver
Not too happy with the loading gate design. VERY stiff & has a sharp edge. If you went through a couple of boxes at the range I would expect to have quite a sore thumb. I sent them a message last night about the "design error" & already got an answer back. They said it was done on purpose & to lubricate it. That still doesn't explain the sharp edge.

Talked to a Colt rep at the NRA Indy show about the really sharp edges on the Mustang. He said they were suppose to be that way. I asked if they were suppose to be that way why didnt Sig do it when they copied the Mustang. No response. 0 -

They are illegal to sell in Illinois as is all the other zinc, pot metal firearms. Many people don't know this. 0 -
Not only are they legal in the Demokratik People's Republik of Kalifornia they don't even have to be on the approved list. 0 -
Just read the reviews in one of the gun rags and it was intended to retail for $299, meaning it will sell for much less.
Quality SAs are expensive. Give Ruger credit for making SAs economical for those who have a tight budget.
High Points are selling for as low as a hundred used and they are selling plenty of them. They are everywhere. Try going to a pawn shop, Flea Market, or gun show and not see plenty of them.0
