Made a huge mistake and went thru Atlanta I-20 to 1-75 North about 3 PM Friday. I just had to take some lanes no one would let me in pulling my car trailer. 0 -
I 75 north in Atlanta, 3 pm on a Friday. Been there and done that many times, unfortunately. That is my vision of hell.
The twenty miles of I 75 north of the Perimeter, and the twenty miles of I 75 south of the Perimeter, are the worst 40 miles of road in the state. Always construction, always several wrecks at rush hour.
I must say, and I am an expert on the subject, Atlanta traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past 3 years. Every year, a little worse.
And it was bad, it was horrible when I moved out of town 23 years ago.0 -
I''m sure you know as well as I do when it rains you can multiply that by a factor of 10.....the stupidity really comes out. Several times I've had to control myself from exerting road-rage.......and brother it ain't easyallen griggs wrote:I 75 north in Atlanta, 3 pm on a Friday. I've heard stories about a man that made it though Atlanta during the evening rush hour on a Friday unscathed all my life but I just never thought the stories could be true. We always thought it was a myth, an urban legend or something. You must be the chosen one! :shock:0
