May 26, 1979 I walked into the Harley dealer and rode out on a new FXE. Took a ceremonial spin yesterday.

Yep, still have it.

  One of the last years of the kick start. Those Shovelheads had tons of torque. Do you remember what you paid for it. I bought a new FLHS in ?82 for $6300.
