The question / problem is that while we all scream ?hey, lock all these bastages up!? Who?s going to pay for all these prisons?

Don?t get me wrong. I?m not for leaving them on the street... but something needs to make these bozos stop committing crime! Maybe harsher prisons? Maybe less death penalty appeals? Maybe less criminal rights? I don?t know. But these Darwin escapees are multiplying and something needs to weed them out.

As dumb as he is apparently he's a lot smarter than those in charge of the "Justice System" in his home state and that speaks volumes

He's certainly not very smart. 13 felonies and still on the street. Makes me wonder what the felonies are. Most anything a person gets in trouble for anymore is a felony.

""He's certainly not very smart. 13 felonies and still on the street""

    I'll call that VERY smart.

You should go and commit just 3 felonies, and see if you are posting on the forums for the next 3 to 12 years.

    Agree Sir.

Sitting in your cell, watching cable TV, 3 hot meals per day, medical/dental, schooling, counceling, etc.

    F' that.

You will be living in a Tent City, (Thank you Sherriff Joe.) You will be getting up at 0' dark thirty every morning. You will be picking up trash, weedeating, etc. (Whatever we need done.) You will be getting a green Bologna sandwich with an Apple for lunch. We will see what is an inexpensive, (and you get to pay for it,) dinner.

    What did Sherriff Joe say?

"Don't like it, don't come back."

There are different degrees (1st degree - 4th degree) of felonies. Resisting or running from the cops
are often felonies in some States.

The judges have to follow the sentence guidelines. The have no choice in many cases.

I signed a complaint and a warrant was issued for two felonies (theft of property). Deputies would not serve the warrant
because the jail was full. A judge had set a limit on the number of inmates that could be housed in the jail.

I kept raising so much hell that the person was arrested after about 6 months. I was at his hearing and talked
to the judge about his CCW. Judge revoked it and stated that he could have another one.

My daughter has been a corrections officer for about 14 years, and the stories she can tell.

Watch out who you vote for, they are passing these stupid laws.
