My dogs howl when the fire truck or ambulance goes by with the siren on. I have a friend in the Volunteer Fire Dpt and I told him about that, now when ever they go by they hit the siren.
Dogs are great they give me joy everyday0 -
The best is when he has his lips curled back showing his teeth, when we are growling at each other. (I'm doing the same.)
He is not angry, my face/mouth can be/are right by his. He is smiling. I can see he is enjoying it, having a good time.
Have no worries about this dog ever biting me. Not going to happen. My Buddy/Best Friend.0 -

all the time. just not like that.
hell when I was a kid I'd go play with my neighbor's dogs. one was a shepherd/doberman mix, we would play tug of war and I'd flop on the ground and let him drag me all over the lawn. fun times0 -

Yep... Dogs growl in play. It?s common for a dog to growl while playing tug?a-war and that?s perfectly appropriate as long as the rest of his body language says he?s playing0
