If you are guilty of an unconstitutional crime are you really guilty of anything?

A long time ago, back in New Yuk city, I had to submit a bunch of forms and 3 sets of fingerprints.
Because of a glitch on my part on one of the forms, the whole package was returned to me.
It had only 2 sets of prints in it.
I asked what happened to the other set....."Oh we always keep a set for our records".

WHAT records?????? You returned all the forms to me for revisions.!!

I wonder why the firearm info is collected...hmmmmm?

Yeah, they require the FFL retain the records and give them unlimited access. What a deal for ATF.

"Infringed" is spelled with an "f" and a "u".

Back in the day of the plain yellow form that stayed in the gun shop, I often wondered what would keep an unscrupulous dealer from simply adding a gun he wanted to sell "off the books" to a form someone else had filled out. As I recall there was space for 3 or 4 guns on one form.

And you wonder where all that information went here a little while ago when it was the big craze to have a DNA sample down on yourself. I knew exactly what was happening, that program was run by the government and they were just Gathering DNA for themselves... not doing it as a favor to you. And then charged you for it on top of it

IF YOU'VE EVER HANDLED A PENNY, THE GOVERNMENT'S GOT YOUR DNA.

WHY DO YOU THINK THEY KEEP 'EM IN CIRCULATION?

Yeah but they don't know whose DNA is on that penny. Unless you were one of the ones that willingly did a DNA test, or have been in jail where you have to unwillingly give it

By myself wouldn't willingly give them another way to track me by taking one of their DNA tests they told people that would believe them that they're doing them for them instead of tracking them

To me, taking one of those DNA tests that they offer would be like a Jewish person willingly lining up to get a free tattoo from the Nazi regime back in the late thirties early forties. Just not smart in my opinion...
