Ken taco bell visit
Ken thought about you today
we stopped by a taco bell during a road trip rounding parts to fix a neighbors mower
local animal shelter sells books of coupons every year 40.00 I would guess 2 or 3 hundred in savings if you used all the coupons in savings a lot of local places donate so a lot of buy one get one free food deals or discount offers at some shops . to pull in business
we buy 3 books every year one for each son and one for us . goes to fund the shelter so for a good cause I would guess we at least recover the cost of the coupon book
I did not remember the last time we were at taco hell . however they do have a lot of inexpensive items on there menu now . all tase the same but filling

Well, they're on my poop list because they got rid of the encharito.

Were you able to actually eat it? I stop there about a month or so ago, and I couldn't eat it. So I took it home to my dog... he couldn't eat it either 0 -
i always thought the ones in a toca bella were prepping for a colonoscopy 0 -
Taco bell the former Mexican phone company (prior to the breakup) has the cure for constipation.
If Montezuma himself had a better plan for revenge it lies here. Beware drinking large cups of coffee with any Taco bell products!0 -
OK :
Like some-other FB Member (?) : I eat tacos from there : only bout once every 2 weeks or so :
Not sure why ? But seems to be a need of some type ???
Bout 4 will do me for a small cheap lunch while on the run doing errands ????
Thanks !!!0 -
I had 7 Ultimate Cheesy Nacho Taco's (Spicy) with means 4-5 sliced Jalepeno's per, yesterday evening.
I have 7 more to enjoy here shortly. (Just got home from yet another 6 day work week. )
The Ultimate Cheesy Nacho Taco's are currently featured on their $1 menu. "Ultimate," means there is more ingredients included. (Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Quesadilla Cheese sauce, as well as the shredded lettuce and shredded cheese.) Ask for "Spicy," and you get the Jalepeno's.
Much better deal than the normal 12 pack of standard Taco's at $14 + tax.
Normal weight of the standard 12 pack is roughly 1.5 lbs. These puppies weigh in at 2.5 - 3 lbs for 14, at the same price.
I usually add a bunch of "Extra's" when I get home. As with most things edible, the base is only a start.
Pretty simple those of you who do not like/want them.

Yes, earlier that day I stopped into a place that has an all-you-can-eat sirloin steak lunch. And I figured I ate too much meat for the day oh, so I thought I would stop someplace that doesn't serve meat and Taco Bell ended up being the closest place

We had an original little white tiled art deck looking white castle burger shack about 40 minutes south of us growing up - may have been one of the last active franchises...
I recall sacks of 20 mini burgers with only onions and ketchup for toppings (pickle slices and mustard were not standard) and you got a largish RC cola with a paper straw...
I would always ask for extra ketchup - and extra napkins and the fries were awful if memory serves me correctly...
We also had one of the last Howard Johnson restaurants about ten minutes north of us in the late 70's - and I remember graduating from the kids menu to a big boy burger with fries and root beer or lemonade (never cola).
I still have a hankering for a sack of burgers from white castle or a higher grade burger and fries from ho-jos...
And of course in college we lived in a Denny's - burger with bacon and double fries or a stack of pancakes with bacon and double curly fries accompanied by free refill coke in a glass or from a pitcher...
Always around midnight in an oversized u shaped booth.
I am still a fan of both of those Denny's meals.
And I miss Roy Rogers fast food joints - the oversized plain burger and the fixins bar - the burger wrapped in foil and always good crispy hot fries - and my parents loved the fried chicken...
We still have an original orange Stewart's drive in restaurant nearby - burgers and krinkle cut fries served on a window mounted tray - root beer in a mug or the bottle - always full dispensers of salt and pepper and ketchup and mustard (scram burgers and ice cream floats)...
All better and healthier than Taco Bell.

You know I'm not a snob, occasionally I do go down to Skid Row and see how the other half lives

But I do feel dire need to take a shower when I get home after I go slumming
