We are running a few rounds of ammo at the same time. (I have wanted to shoot this one more than anything that has ever come through here.)

You need to fix your listing.

The gun has been fired once

?...used 12mm rockets to conform with US gun laws that set maximum legitimate caliber for civilian weapons as 0.5 inch (12.7mm).?
I didn?t know about the 0.5 inch rule. I need to do some research about that.

Oh bye the way, LF, You may want to check those .50cal ammo belts.
M33=M17 Is 4 hardball then one tracer.
Unless the ammo was recanned, you should see a brown or tan paint tip on every fifth round.
The first 20 or so may be only ball ammo, no paint.
Some one might be expecting tracers or some one may be surprised if none.

There are no painted tips on these.....I wasn't the one that pulled them out to check them, but one of us here counted the rounds. I'll ask to be sure when they counted them they noted any painted tips on the rounds. (I might just have to pull them out myself to look because it will wear on my mind unless I do.) Thank you for pointing that out to me.

Babun- the rifles larger than 50 call, like the .505 Gibbs and the .600 Nitro Express fall under the "Sporting Purposes" exception. But a .55 Boyes Anti-tank rifle, or an Anzio Ironworks 20mm rifle- not so much. Destructive Device.

HOWEVER- in the case of the MBA Gyrojet, there is a specific exclusion in the ATF regs. They are removed from the NFA, and classed as Curio & Relics. Just like the Winchester Trapper carbines made with 14" barrels. You can find the lists here: https://www.atf.gov/file/128116/download

And LF- got the first bid in on the gyrojet. I'm probably not going to be able to hang with the high rollers on that one- BUT I WAS FIRST! Hah!
