Sigh,......................................................................I knew I would take heat, when I posted this.
Thinking someone will come along and warn that "Gummi Bears, are harmful to a dog.
I was not disappointed.
Funny thing is my dog looks none the worse for wear.
Reminds me of a Country Song now playing on the radio. We all drank from the garden hose, shared a ladle of ice water when working in the field. Somehow we all survived.
You guys are really going to hate that I mixed in some Macaroni and cheese in with my dogs food. He loved it. Will drop a dog dead, right? Bad, ..............................bad............................. :roll:0 -
Talked to a lady veterinarian once about bad stuff for dogs. She was an experienced doctor of both large and small animals.
I was telling her about my old Aussie eating grapes and black berries off the vine.
She said a few grapes occasionally weren?t going to kill my dog.
We?ve all heard about how deadly chocolate is for dogs, but she said if your dog ate a Hershey?s Kiss that someone dropped, he wasn?t going to keel over.
I?m sure the same goes for Gummies.
I suspect Buddy is like my dog. He would eat brussel sprouts and lick his chops if he saw me eat the first one, he loves me that much.0 -

And Chocolate.. don't feed them chocolate...Well my Black Lab Buck was about 2 yrs old. Got my Wife a nice 2 pound plus box of Valentine Chocolates. We ate a couple of pieces and boxed it up and left it on an end table in the living room. Left to go out and eat.. Got home and Buck met us at the door.. had a grin and papers everywhere. He ate both layers and even chewed up the box they came in. 0 -

Yes, I am sure about 15 Gummi Bears will put him in a "Downward Spiral. The comment about drool was an exaggeration on my part. [There was No drool involved.] (But) Feel free to Carry On.
