  All those "resources" spent, all those lawyers paid to prosecute, and defend the suspects, overwhelming the courts forcing them to release on plea bargains.....and just a few decades later, weed is widely accepted and legal. GREAT JOB PROTECTING AND SERVING!!!!
  
  It's not about Public Safety, it's about "revenue generation".
