American Flag
I was down in Griffin, GA yesterday at Ollie's Bargain Outlet and found a 3' x 5' poly-cotton American Flag including a 6' aluminum pole and bracket with a little eagle on top for $8.95. It looks good on the corner of my garage.

I have a fully vibrant 100% cotton, made in America - with embroidered stars Flag. (From the 1970's) Found among my Dad's stuff. The Cheap foreign made stuff does not even come close to this gem.
It does not get flown 24-7 as it would deteriorate.
I fly it on Special occasions. (Near and dear to me. )0 -

I really doubt that the one I bought would stand up to flying 24/7 for any length of time but it'll do okay for special occasions.0 -

I found that with a bit of wind that bracket doesn't hold up too well. Mono-filament from it to the house holds it up fine and is nearly invisible.0 -
just after Trump was elected, maybe just coincidence , I did not ask . but my wife bought a American flag and a light to shine on it ( I sure from china ) we keep it flying and lite up at night . 0 -

Menards has American made flags 3x5 for like 7.50.. I get mine there. That flag could have been made in USA but the pole is not.. Had one. 0 -

an AMERICAN FLAG 40' X 60' on a 100' pole on the South Mound at Fredonia Kansas is visible for a long ways along US400 highway.....NICE... 0 -

Looks good! I always find it sad when I see flags at night unlit, or flying constantly until they become ribbons. Somehow the patriotism seems insincere without the respect and protocol to the flag. 0
