Nope, it's her Court she can't be in contempt of it.
But she should be charged with aiding and abetting0 -
ICE knows NOTHING about back doors !!!!! 0 -
Higher courts can over rule lower courts rulings. Unless in the unlikely event the supreme court could be contemptuose. It could apply... 0 -
I think I heard the last day or so she and the court officer have been indited by federal court for obstruction as a start

Yes. And when you piss off a federal judge and prosecutor, you can find out what the inside of a federal prison looks like. 0 -
News said she was indicted. 0 -

It's not her court. You may want read that pesky document called the Constitution of the United States of America.0 -

Wasn't there some judge in California that had a hissy fit about Trump calling him out on something similar. Whatever happened to that jerk?0 -

Yeah, yeah, yeah, but she's in charge of it, so it's her house.
I hate it when people can't figure things out for themselves.0 -

Her court happens to be in the USA, so ignoring a Federal Detainer will get her in front of a Federal Judge which will teach her how the cow eats the cabbage. In my experience some judges forget the pecking order, and that their orders can be overturned. I have personally torn up an illegal court order, with the backing of the Sheriff.0 -

Apparently you're not reading everything that I wrote. If you notice I said that she should be charged with aiding and abetting in my original post that mag00 posted to that I reposted to, that even appears in your original quote but has been dropped in this quote.
But the fact is that only she can decide who gets charged for contempt of court in her Court. Again let me reiterate for people that don't read everything, I think she should be charged with aiding and abetting. But why would she even think about charging herself with contempt of court in her own Court?0
