i think it is SO NICE
that the drug and lawyer commercials allow a tiny snippet of news in on morning, noon, and evening runs for us peasants to TELL YOUR DOCTOR and GET WHAT YOU DESERVE inundations.......i would like to see someone invent a device that would blank out tv during commercials and package the news, weather, and sports into one piece to view in comfort...they would be millionaires overnight...i am on antenna here and have had satellite and relay tower feed in the past that was to expensive and poor service.....

Many years ago I owned an early TV recorder that showed a blank blue screen in place of commercials. You could even do away with the blue screens if after the recording was complete, you ran it through the player and selected an option telling it to delete the blank blues and compress the whole thing as if the commercials never existed. I have not seen anything like this since, so I assume somebody got the lawyers involved to screw it all up. 0 -
