Smells a bit phishy to me.
I got the same email recently, and like you, hadn't used Photobucket for a while. I had, IIRC, maybe 50mb worth of pictures on my account, and on top of that, had deleted my account, before signing up with another hosting site.0 -

I got that message recently when I went to the photobucket web site.
I go to photobucket occasionally to download some pictures that I've taken in the past that I don't have copies of in order to re-post them on Imgur. Photobucket is a SPOS!0
