While I am unbothered by the thought of David koresh burning alive at the compound OT for eternity in hell for diddling little kids / pedophiles can't be made to suffer enough...
I certainly do care for the children who suffered and died on that day.
And while I am okay with a heavy hand or big stick being used to smite cult of personality false prophet pedophiles...
I certainly believe that the actions of the government on that day were more akin to the behavior of brown shirts in the Weimar republic and the folks in charge were guilty of crimes against humanity worthy of the nurmburg trials.
I don't have a crystal ball and am not omniscient but things not only were handled badly to say the least it was a comedy of errors of epic proportions that should have resulted in life in prison for those in charge.
But it's also on oft repeated narrative of how stupid steeple and what worthless lemmings people can be (cool ade drinking cultists).
And to my other point about Oklahoma City - truck rentals and amfo and the Turner diaries is a whole nother topic that will provoke blind rage and thread poofs.

Mike you would do well to read Reavis' book Ashes of Waco: An Investigation (https://www.amazon.com/Ashes-Waco-Investigation-Dick-Reavis/dp/0815605021/ref=sr_1_11?keywords=wACO&qid=1555720279&s=gateway&sr=8-11 )
The allegations about Koresh were largely exaggerated.0 -
I have heard it presented convincingly both ways - part of the problem being more than a few witnesses were never able to testify from beyond the grave.
I will as recommended do some more reading on the topic.
