No Such Thing as Overcooked Ham-
It turns in to Bacon Crack. 
Had about 6 slices of 1/2" thick Ham from yesterday.
Baked it at about 325-350* for about 1/2 hour. Looked well donish. :roll:
Had about three slices just now. Eating it by hand. Bacon Crack.
OMG Good.
