    I think it is sad that my natural right to defend myself is so infringed, that it has to be enumerated in a state legislature.

    I started to read the bill or act, and it almost seemed somewhat pro gun, but the devil is in the details which I did not read.

    Since I have no intention of ever stepping foot or crossing Illinois it does not matter what they say or do.

    All I can say is that I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6

    i see this as confirming the right to CC if the person is legal to carry in his home state in all respects. if one does not have the CC license on his person at all times, then the weapon shall be transported in the recognised method perticular to Illinois. locked or fully encased, unloaded, in an inaccessable area of the vehicle.
    all this tells me out of staters have more rights than instaters, concerning concealed carry.

    This state blows but looks like as long as you leave it in your vehicle while outside such vehicle, you are good to go. Non CC here can have a firearm in said vehicle as long as the mag is in one place and the firearm is in another. (that went to ISC and was upheld.

    Someone reactivated my account without me asking, just got an email a couple weeks ago stating the account was active. Not 100% sure I?m ok with it, if the BS continues with a few of the crap stirrers I will make sure next time the account is nuked it stays nuked. I enjoy it here but there is a few folks who really try thier damndest to ruin it. I?ve been working hard to get the other site going again and that is where I spend most of my time now.
