job opportunities...get on a POOP PATROL.....cleaning up piblic streets and sidewalks of the bums chit and pizz..to put up $750K for this which i bet will barely wipe the problem.... i think it appropriate that when one is found he/she/it is taken about 100 miles east into the desert and dumped...at least there might be a short break in the problem.....amazing instead of slam dunking this behaviour cities are just coddling it.....

  Wrong solution, I think they should be taken a hundred miles west and dropped in the ocean, not a hundred miles east of dropped in the desert.
  
  I was 12 I went to San Francisco and I was floored when I saw pay toilets. Maybe if they outlawed pay toilets, it might help the problem...
