"Crazies" the re-make
I was planning to watch "Red Dawn" (the original) but went with "Crazies" while I thunk what I'll have for eats tonight (a Yoshi-Burger). I was watching the "extras" on the DVD where they were yapping about bird flu. Man haven't hear that in a while. Anyways I was thinking if Trump used pandemic as the reason for the wall he might get it. Gawed only knows what kind a crawlies the invaders are carrying in. Be crazy if they started the zombie apocalypse.
Yoshi-Burger and garlic 'tots.
1/2 loaf of store made 1 pound French bread.
1 pound-ish burger shaped like a half a loaf of the French bread.
Few strips (3 or 4) of deli apple smoked bacon
Sliced onion 1/2 cooked in bacon grease 1/2 raw
Cook the bacon in a large cast iron and set aside. Cook out the rawness of the onion and set a side. Cook the burger in the bacon/onion grease to desired temp. Open up the French bread but not cut through in to two. Kewpie mayo on one side and half mustard half ketchup on the other side. Raw onion on one side of the bread and the cooked on the other. Place burger and bacon in between the bread if done right the bread will not split all the way. Couple of Clawson's pickles on the side.
Picked up 'tater-tots for sides. Throw them in the toaster oven until hot and crunchy. Push couple of raw cloves of garlic through the press over the tots. A bit of ketchup and a few beers. I guess I'll go prep.
