Unless I'm missing something, I think NOT!
There is a huge difference between a Japanese made Citori and a Belgium made Superposed.

  My best guess is that the bidders saw that long block of text with no paragraph breaks, didn't read it, and assumed it explained why the $4,000 buy now price was justified and think they're getting a bargain at the current bid amount.
