4:3 ratio

Just picked up "Cowboy Bebop" on Blu Ray and the silly thing has two bars of black on the sides (unlike the black bars for "wide screen"). My copy on DVD fills the screen just fine and it's also listed as 4:3 what gives? Since I opened it I own the silly Blu Ray.

  Thought you had a 429 Super Cobra Jet with the drag pac.. 4.3 gears.
