    All I got out of that is how terrible even back in those days Hollywood was. Do you see how many times they raked everybody including Andy with the muzzle, and not a word was said by all three of them

    By the way, I'm unaware of any feuding here. I am aware that some people here can't recognize joking around when they see it. But I understand that, the women-folk in my family has never recognized joking around either ;)

    +1, I had the honor of growing up in an area much like Mayberry, no traffic lights in town, only 1 caution light in the county.....still live here too :D
    and can relate to a lot of the humorous situations shown, such as a town drunk, dopey deputies and barbers etc. unfortunately it's changed in the last 2 decades for the worst :( .

    Hummm, Goober was at Andy's house a lot when Andy was gone. That makes me wonder if Goober was really there just fixing Aunt Bea's freezer?? Maybe she did call the MAN after all.
