Cell Phone Issues !!!!

OK :

Verizon cell phone account ( prepaid ) : Just got "Hacked" ! Again , 3rd time , 2nd time in two weeks , lost old phone # AND $ 100.00 that was on my account ??? What a mess !

If I had better options ? I would do it ! Im so damn mad : anyhow ???

Rant Over !!! ( for now ) !!!

    verizon wont make it good ???? i have verizon for a smart phone , dumb phone, and computer...on regular monthly deduct billing ...higher cost than others but seems to work well...is what u have like a prepaid credit card ???

    you could go back to a land line, drives my wife and kids crazy cause I don't /won't own a cell phone, they can reach me here at the house if I'm not here, I don't want to be bothered............

    You need to find a local expert who can help you with the specific changes you need to make.

    I don't understand why you have money on your phone. Your phone should be set to lock automatically after a few minutes of non-use. You need to purge fast food & coffee shop apps, such as McD's, DD, & Starbx. And, avoid all public "free wifi". Use your phone for phone calls & text only, unless you are using your own secured home network. And, don't download free game apps. And, don't browse porn or dating sites.

    Why would you not have a cell phone? When I don't want to be bothered which is most of the time I just turn my cell phone off. It's for my convenience not anyone else's. When I had a land line I didn't answer it either. They can leave a message and if I feel like it I'll call them back.
