rules it is "unfair" to make asylum seekers wait outside this country while being processed..they get to come in and disappear to garner all the social program FREEBIES and hopefully get a blanket amnesty...how shamefully wrong to put AMERICA in second place to these leeches...i say SEND EM ALL BACK....to fix your own damn country & quit dragging ours down to your level

    Two bad things...

    First - all the illegals slipping in and disappearing.

    Second - ONE person having the power to stop fixing it. This is lunacy. However, when the next democrat president is in power, conservatives will be looking for their own judges. Yep, it's a damned swamp.

    "Judge not lest you be judged" says the bible. To be a judge you shall be qualified. What qualified judge gives away the rights of "the people" to the alien? "We the people" are the ones in charge of this republic. I judge this judge and every other so called seditious judge a traitor to his people and his country. If he or she so love the alien go there to live.

    Sick and tired of unconstitutional traitors. If you take a oath you should honor it. Your honor.

    but but a federal judge ruled California magazine ban was illegal and it lasted what about a week before he was shut down
    and yet the BS about illegals and one judge holds up shows how much our country needs taken back by the people
    same with Trump he make a ruling in hours some piece of crap liberal leftest judge block it
    any judge ruling against the constitution or the will of the people needs dis bared and deported

    Hey they did that to the Japos in the '40s but they didn't do that after 9/11 to the muzzies. So I doubt they'll do that to the Mexicans being that they're brown, too.

    are these "omnipotent federal" judges appointed for life like the supremes ??? or is there some way to protect AMERICA from them ??? ALWAYS seem to rule in favor of whatever is against common sense or protecting AMERICA FIRST.......

    They did that to American citizens that were Japanese in World War II which was a travesty...

    and the number of amnesties given since eisenhower was president with the bonus legal decisions by a tiny number of federal judges has emboldened millions to make the trip north knowing in all likelihood they will be allowed to stay and reap a windfall of benefits for doing NOTHING for the USA ...and the cost has ballooned into the $$ trillions during the last 60 years.... the demand for drugs here has generated an industry that goes largely unpunished... if anyone importing and selling drugs here were executed upon arrest this may slow things down... if continued it is my belief our country will degrade most of the social improvements worked for and earned since WW2
