Good thoughts appreciated.

We our trying to buy a house in a very competitive market in MT. I looked at a house this afternoon that hit the market this morning. We put in a offer shortly after we looked at it at 2:00 pm. We were the third offer today. This house fits our needs better than anything else that we have found. It is far from our dream home but it will do for now. Prices right now are crazy. I won?t know for sure until Monday but I sure hope it is ours. We put in a strong offer and our financing is very strong. I need all the luck we can get and a few good thoughts.

    We had our hearts set on a house a few years ago and didn't get it. It turned out that it was good we didn't get it because it wasn't but a short time later that we were driving along and saw the for sale sign on an even better place which we bought. We saved several thousand dollars and got an even bigger place with more property.

    So if you don't get this one there's always another that could be even better.

    We are still in the running. We up our offer a little today. 4 offers have been made in the first day.

    I have only heard good things about that school. I have 2 young kids and having them in the best possible school is number one with us.

    Remove the contingencies of inspection , appraisal, and financing, up the Ernest money.

    So your offer purchases price is what the seller is going to get...

    Worst case home appraises lower than offer, you have to pay the difference in cash.
