California looking to Block High Cap magazines

Figured they would get going on this.

In the California Attorney General?s motion for a stay regarding standard capacity magazines, he states, ?...the State will suffer irreparable injury if large capacity magazines are permitted to flow into the State in the interim.?

Wants a stay to take affect no later than April 2 2019.
And requests a new Court ruling no later than April 5 2019, banning High Cap Magazines.

    Exactly. In fact the whole thing about 'high capacity mags' is a bunch of baloney.

    It's like the believers believe the first 5 rounds are fine but the next 5 - 10 - 15 rounds are lethal.

    Getting rid of the ban is a good thing. However, will the stay stop mags from being sold / available? I'm not sure how that works?

    Yep,no different than background checks,gun Free zones, licensing etc.
