That'd be a breath of fresh air. Hopefully it'll last!

I'd wager that the 9th Circus Court will overturn this and then it will go on to the Supremes.
Fortunately, the 9th is the most overturned in the nation. IIRC they get slapped down by the SCOTUS about 73% of the time.

Very good news. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Folks selling magazines are loving the win.

Brownells waited a few days before participating but sold 350K their 1st 2 days. There has to be a few million coming in from all.

There are a number of schemes the CA legislature alone could craft. They're more than capable of coming up with ideas, but I'd rather not give them any suggestions. The simplest result is probably the correct one. The 9th will rule eventually overturn, Prop 63 will be upheld and SCOTUS will decline to take up the case.

But, there will still be a whole lot more magazines in CA and I doubt they'll go anywhere or be turned in.
