New Material: Occupy vs Malheuer
Occupy and Antifa are sometimes written about like hippies who should have been chased off the street.
The analysis someone posted a few weeks back over the Antifa protester who got slugged tells a different story.
She's a wealthy local professional with a $600,000.00 home, IIRC.
They could mostly all be yuppies who want to have a little fun so they dress like hippies and play radical protester.
They probably stay out of trouble by usually not doing worse than being a nuisance, and by spending heavily in the local economy of the city they live in.
The Malheuer occupation OTOH was staged over an uncontrolled burn which spread onto Federal land, or in other words, control the weeds for free and don't hire enough hands to watch it.
One of the main players' fathers was in trouble for not paying grazing fees a few years prior; The protest may have blown the prosecution budget of their country community and saved him.
The event attracted armed people from all over the country, which is a little more dangerous and expensive to watch than a yuppie going to his local park and playing radical.
So everything about it was a massive net debit.
There's no evidence that I know of that those people aren't paying all their taxes. But if they weren't, then they would be more like hippies than Occupy or Antifa because the government is picking up a part of the cost of having them live the freedom loving lifestyle they chose, by providing services which enable them. And they're not really showing that public spirited awareness of what their actions cost.

Actually I think it may have popped up when I viewed another video someone posted.
The information about her wealth is at 15:45, but I guess being Berkeley and all it should be obvious. Antifa or Occupy wasn't just there though.
