    I've got a Belgium Police Chest rig. (Leather.) Pretty nice.


    Probably not in the same league as what you guys are talking about though.

    For those who prefer leather, Simply Rugged makes a nice 'Chesty Puller' rig. Have had one for a long time and it is excellent quality.

    You gotta buy one of his pancake holsters to rig on it though. I use the rig with a smooth finish Sourdough Pancake holster for a S&W Model 329 Night Guard, 2.5" .44 mag. One of my carry-while-hunting rigs.

    I have grown to prefer the Alaris Kodiak chest rig though.

    I like the chest holster. I have a bit of a problem however. I need a right hand holster that does not have a left hand shoulder strap. My left collar bone was broken and now has a calcium ball that does not like anything touching it. My right shoulder is much better but still has some damage issues that would require a wide padded strap.

    I would guess I would have to have one custom built. I am a leather guy. Any recommendations ?
