If he bankrupts Dicks then the stock holders should sue the crap out of him and claw back every dime he ever made while mismanaging the place. Who ever heard of a gun store that don't sell guns or even a "sporting goods" store that by passes hunting. Next up Fishing outlawed due to hurting the fish lips 0 -
Good for him if that is his belief then stick to it.
That said I have never and will never set foot in his store, and I hope he goes bankrupt. I feel sorry for his investors but they should sell while the sellings good.0 -
Wouldn't refusal to make a legally allowed sale based on someone's age be considered age discrimination and therefore subject to legal action? I'm not a lawyer, so maybe someone else can clarify this point. 0
