M-65 Storm Jacket from Rothco.

Since the weather is still wet at times here in Central Coast California I was thinking about getting one. Since I don't have rain gear but I do like these jacket style I thought win, win. So here are the question, does anyone on here got one of these "Storm Jackets"? And does it make that "swish, swish" noise?
