Just six months ago he was a champion for the Libs. He was on MSNBC and CNN every day. Representing that w**** Stormy who Trump had paid off in a non disclosure agreement. Which was not illegal.
But the Libs loved the guy and seriously thought that he, and Stormy, would run Trump out of office.

There was serious talk, six months ago, of Avenatti running for President.
But then Avenatti got arrested for beating up his girlfriend and Libs dropped him like a hot potato. Now, he is facing very serious federal charges and Sheperd Smith said today they were running a wire on Avenatti and have lots of tape. He is, legally speaking, screwed. He is headed for jail.

Sheperd Smith said today that he faces 41 years if convicted on all counts. Federal charges are hard to beat he needs a damn good lawyer. Plus they have him on tape, jurors love evidence like that. Good chance this guy is headed for Leavenworth.0 -
