Just like when it was 'don't eat butter, margarine is better for you' ~ then it was no, butter is better.
or don't eat egg yokes...then it was, no the whole egg is best for you
or don't eat red meat ...then, no, red meat is OK
or don't eat fish because of mercury .. then no, fish oil is good for your heart
and the list goes on and on and on.
