I used to shave it, but now I just go with the clippers (no guard), as it?s much easier and almost to the skin. If you?re going to do it, I recommend using body lotion instead of shaving cream, and a blade that?s neither brand new nor worn out.

Norelco triple head for face and head. For a change of pace use regular shaving cream and a good razor...

When my wife?s hair fell out due to chemotherapy, I decided to shave my head.
    Mistake.
I didn?t know about all the little moles and bumps on my scalp.
I looked in the mirror and there were little rivulets of blood trickling down all around.
My wife thought I looked like the bailiff on ?Night Court?.
See, I?d dont have a forehead, more of a three head.

So as a man who to this day has a full head of glorious hair - loved by the ladies...

As the first male on my mother's side of the family not to go bald before 30...

As I maintained most of my hair throughout repeated radiation treatments and chemotherapy (some clumps fell out and it went brittle and flat colored and ceased growing for a bit)...

As I am now growing it out into what may end up as a traditional pony tail if cancer waits a bit to finish me off...

Growing up in was short and tight - back of the neck bare...

Until cancer I had it cut and trimmed and shaped and shampoos every 4 weeks (a self indulgent vanity)...

The girls want to see it long - so fine we can try that.

There was an episode with spiked hair around freshman year of highschool...

But unless your going bald or losing your hair and hate the comb over or male pattern baldness tonsure why would you shave your head???

Some of you guys look like uncle fester - and have a lumpy misshapen tool head.

I know it's unfair that I have hair but life's not fair - I will trade you for it if you take the cancer as well...

    Mansplain this to me.

And BTW if your losing it - be bold and go buzz cut or bald - maintain your dignity.

I've found it's pretty hard to cut yourself when shaving your head. The big problem is ingrown hairs.

I start with clippers with no attachment. That gets is pretty close to skin tight. I finish up with a Norelco Tripleheader shaver. I use that on my face and then just continue up and over. No nicks or cuts.

Yosh my brother as always I am just yanking your chain...

If you want to trim that overgrown thatch of a bikini area before short short season you go right ahead...

Don't go totally bald though - at least leave a decorative topiary design like a landing strip or a heart or the ying yang symbol - class it up a bit and be proud...

    Dare to be Nair...

For some reason I see you shaving that region while Donna summers hot stuff plays in the background and maybe a my pretty pony poster on the wall...

As much as I would like to take you up on your offer I must confess to being a one woman man right now - so currently sadly we could not get together

The sniffing and mouthing of such garments is not in my fetish portfolio.

I am trying to picture you in my head - do you look more like my uncle Bill from Japan who was a pipe fitter and made traditional artistic figures and boxes with hand tools and drank to much (tall lean whipcord on a man with muscular arms - or are you more like Bobby Lee...

I am betting that after all the chatter if a bunch of us got together you would not stand out in the crowd other then being an American of Asian decent - your certainly welcome in my home.

How is the car running - state of repairs???

Male pattern baldness does suck. But it beats certain alternatives. Like being a great looking corpse with hair like Liberache. So for all the chrome domes out there. Celebrate your skin heads. You could always tatoo some roots in the bare spots if it pleases you. Your wife or significant other at this point wont care either way.

    So enjoy life !

Instead of a receding hairline, I have a proceeding hairline. When younger, had a eddy Munster widows peek.

Every shave of my head, every few weeks, I have new hair filling in.

I work construction. Except for my military service, and a couple factory stints, always have.

A thick head of hair is hot, as in uncomfortable hot. I love winter, hate summer. I can dress for the cold. You can only shed so many clothes.

I use an electric trimmer, set to the lowest setting, every couple weeks. Keeps me cooler at work in a hardhat.

I?m married with children, I have no one to impress.

Had my head shaved for a fund raiser for MS
The scars make my cranium look like a NJ road map.

Mother Nature is already deforesting my gourd.

I've got too many scars, bumps and pimples up there to hurry her along.

I use flowbee to cut my own hair and keep it short.

It won't be very long before my forehead goes all the way to my butt, nonstop.

Never again. Went for a Haircut with my son. I sat down and guess I took a short nap . Wore up and almost noting left. She got my Son's ticket instead of mine.
Way too many divots, creases, and a long scar I'd forgot about from basic training (bayonet drills).
Wife said to put a Hat on it. I agreed.

No razor for me, I've got a beard and save the $$ on razors. Just use the trimmer every few weeks.
