Anywhere DEMOCRATs spread their ideology, societal and economic decay along with loss of freedom is a certainly.
They promise utopia but in reality what the people end up with amounts to nothing but hell.

Makailas family are Boers and voortrekers and orange free staters...

Most of the family left when warlords and technicals decided they should and could take back the choice pieces of agricultural land for themselves for reparations...

The government's essentially turned a blind eye or were in on it in countries surrounding sud afrika and the transvaal

He family retreated towards south Africa after several were killed in pitched battles the likes of Rourke's drift but with machine guns and RPG's and crew served or truck mounted area denial weapons like mortars or katucha rockets...

The farmers consolidated and fought back - trying to aid farms and estates and homesteads under attack including cavalry like running multi front multi pronged battles

Survivors withdrew and armed and bunkered / lagered up retaining and reusing captured arms

    It's was an ethnic genocide.

Most of her family began a great diaspora and migration ending up in of all places the Easter islands and the Maldives and Scotland and Ireland and the Panama canal zone

They received no payment or compensation or insurance money or government aid - they were talented refugees

Some salted and poisoned the earth and ruined wells and irrigation systems on the way out in a scorched earth policy...

A sizable group bought and reconditioned and outdated a freighter the named the oom Paul Kruger and painted on the OVS flag to the great ire of the government

She remains in contact with them on social media and through old school snail mail and ham radio of all things

One side of the family is Dutch trekkers who intermingled with native Americans (Algonquin) the other side is a mix of Hawaiian and Texan

I don't mean to thread jack or rant on it - it's a subject close to my heart and while the girls are to most still often nonverbal we talk about this alot - debate and analyze and review the history

I have never before met women who would read from my collection of Boer war books or come to understand Kipling - still trying to sell them on the boxer rebellion

Any feedback would be welcome - it tantalizes me - it tasks me.

My brother-in-law emigrated from England to SA 50 years ago. After his death 3 years ago, helped his wife get the hell out of SA, relocated to Cornwall. SA has gone to hell in a handbasket.

In addition to the racial - ethnic - tribal - internecine conflicts I understand that they are out of water - the underground water level and volume indicates the tank is empty...

In one of the largest conurbation sprawling mega cities and surrounding sub cities and suburbs they will be running out of water - and even if there was a source of sufficient size somewhere nearby they could not possibly move enough into the city to make a drop in the proverbial bucket

The only reasonable answer I have heard proposed was construction of a series of interlocking overlapping independent but cooperative massive modern coastal / littoral desalinisation plants and a supportive engineered architecture of massive solar mirror field focal plane tower power plants and offshore wind turbines along with a scheme to transform underground subsurface voids in to monitored and modernized resivoirs and treatment / recycling plants

Designed by the Qatar eggheads and built by German and Swiss firms

Massive underground cisterns and box sluice waterways similar to what's under law Vegas in their geological bowl of sand - possibly with some deep drilled geo thermal heat exchange systems and a series of LNG processing and storage satellite substations further out

They predict not only solving the immediate crisis but being able to use excess capacity to heavily irrigate every square inch of agricultural land in the transvaal including design construction and emplacement of artificial lakes and rivers

Fascinating concept but can or will it ever be built or paid for...

Shame what has occured in South Africa. Blacks persecuting and more than that a genocide of blacks against whites. What is going on in Nigeria and South Africa as lawlessness and worse then wild west behavior is bizarre in our modern world...

SA was a Nuclear power now they cannot even feed themselves. Rhodesia was the breadbasket of South Africa now they cannot feed themselves.

There are no bl*ck African run country's that are successful in the world. Remember Haiti has been run by bl*cks longer than any other country and they are still recovering from an earthquake that happened 9 years ago.

    Failures all

I know I have been to most of them and they are more f#@ked up than you can even realize. Rape and Murder are rampant. Vigilantism and tribal courts handing out their version of justice are the norm. Law enforcement are all corrupt. Their leaders are all crooks embezzling money with not a care for their constituents

South Africa was lost the day Mandella was freed from jail.

A few years ago I did not receive a Christmas card from a good friend of mine who lived in SA. It happened for a good reason, he was murdered and he was a farmer. I don't know what became of the farm.
