phys.org is not very well regarded in the scientific community and the above quote underlines the level of their lack of knowledge in the sciences that they report on. Weyl fermions have long been thought to be building blocks of other fermions, such as an electron. Subatomic particles also includes the protons and neutrons which are bosons and can not contain any fermions. But sloppy reporting on something they don't understand is their modus operandi. Think of them as the National Enquirer of the science world

Dope smokers in California have been seeing various substances that exhibit exotic quantum effects for over 50 years. Not sure what this has to do with the post, just wanted to share something else about exotic quantum effects. :roll: 0 -
The big prize is paired crystals - or a large crystal cut and shaped and polished identically
The belief is that the frequency that they vibrate on May pass from matched crystal to matched crystal simultaneously / instantly with no discernible time lag for transmission - across any distance
String theory and some other avenues of quantum physics predict this phenomenon

Other postulate that the crystals when vibrated or charged may be exiting identical frequency crystals across other branes (parallel world's) or sub space bubble universes

Both can help the lay person easier understand the math and theory involved - and room temperature super conductors is of course a game changer as well.

I know science is making leaps ahead faster and faster, BUT....
Ever since my high school days back in 1970's, I have read about super conductors and such.
First it was "major breakthru with absolute zero conductors", then "new" silicon pathways, then
something else, ect ect.
The articles always blare out how great the thing is, then lost in the test is the words "nearly" or "almost".
True zero resistance to electricity flow, I believe is unobtainable in our present set of parameters we live in.
It took the Borg till the year 2415 to do it.
