Nord/Bruce ?

I was thinking about calling his wife and see how she was doing.

I talked to her 2 times i think while Bruce was coming to the phone.

I know sometimes spouses get left behind and i was just wondering if it was a good idea or bad.

I would hate to be insensitive if it could be judged that way.

Yes or no?

    Mike, it's possible she didn't have access to his emails. I know my wife wouldn't have a clue how to get into mine.

    Dave, I would give it a try. The worst that could happen is that she would hang up on you. The most likely thing that would happen, is that you will make her day.

    I only mention it because on the last two emails from Bruce she finished them and hit send after writing some comments herself...

    And it was the only point of contact I had - I also sent a card via snail mail.

    Not critical - just concerned.

    I live with and raise an adult child with a widow and she often goes non verbal and stops answering folk on social media.

    Call her! I remember after my father died virtually none of their friends, I mean guys and their wives who would hang out at our house on weekends, ever called her. The only guy who came by was Jerry, who took my dad's guns for safe keeping...and never gave them back! The notion that people need "alone time" to grieve just isn't so. My mother was so lonely it hurt.
