Babysitting the grandson.....got kicked in the face several times
I forgot how funny babies can be when they are fighting sleep. John was over here yesterday evening and he was fussy. He pouted, cried, leaned every way he could, stretched out as far as he could reach......I handed him snacks......fed him a bottle.....and bounced him around the house showing him every bit of Larry's treasure on every shelf in this house.
Puffin Rock......its a cartoon show with Puffins in it. Its like a drug for babies.
We got to the recliner and he was still fighting with everything he had.....trying NOT to sit still. I leaned back and he started rolling around until he heard that show come on. I got him covered up and before the show was 1/2 way over he was OUT.
Of course this meant I got to watch THREE Puffin Rock episodes all by myself while he slept because you don't dare move, change the channel or try to lay him down.
I only had him for a couple hours. He's teething and has two little bottom teeth with these little fangs coming in on the top. Its hilarious.

I remember HR Puffnstuff and witchy poo...
Last time I babysat it was peppa pig and bubble guppies...
No kicks to the face but projectile urination streams.
I get coopted for it - apparently you hand me a baby and they go to sleep.
