Doesn't this violate the seller's rules? I'd be go to Hell before I bid in any event.

  Yes it violates rules and if you would take a few minutes to report it GB Holdings Inc. will take care of the offending listing.

  I would bid that sucker up high as the sky. Hit buy it now, Make sure I won it at any price.
  Then not pay.
  It would be worth the hit from Gb just to F with that seller!!!
