Corned beef and cabbage tonight
I'll be leaving town for work in the morning so my bride put her new Instantpot to work tonight.
The most tender, melt-in-your-mouth corned beef I've ever had.
She used the last of the Jameson Black Barrel making Irish Redheads last night, so some George Dickel Rye over an ice cube is a fine nightcap.

I LOVE that meal.
I have to go pick up some corned beef in order to stock the freezer up.
Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots in a crock pot. Good eats. Mouth watering.0 -

Can I eat CB & C all day long!!! With good grain mustard!!
Corned beef is about the only thing I shoot with a 9mm Glock......there's less meat lost.
