Reloaders-Alliant?s AR Comp

Anyone use it? I was looking for H335 but couldn?t find. Bought some AR Comp.
Will be loading 55 gr. Fmj?s.
Is the load data on Alliant ?s website close to what you use?
Edit: Loading for an AR 15 .223 w/ 20? barrel.

  Actually, I am having good results with this powder not in 223, but 308. Particularly with 190 SMKs.
  Right now with 223, and bullets 55 gr or more, CFE 223 rocks. I find it better than 335 because it does remove copper.
