    Rather, the fact that it was introduced at all. Isn't SC the last bastion of freedom, and wholly immune to anything anti-gun? I seem to recall something along those lines, and the cocksure attitude that went right along with it. :roll: :oops:

    Attention whores will submit anything just so they will get some recognition that they are going to set some kind of correction in their spiteful little lives.

    After all it is election season. When you have schools that are, continue to indoctrinate children at the frail beginning of their life, and then on to college where then the tenured teachers can continue to mobilize their gang of unconstitutional cretins to do their bidding.

    But that is democracy. The Republic as created is almost non existent. The nanny state is now taking over, and has in the big city. The only thing in the way is the rural population, and that is now being chipped away because of the way that corp farming works.

    As long as you give the way to live independently to politicians, and they will make available free stuff so that individuals will not or can not find work then the population will trade the means to eat by giving up liberties to survive.

    ?I get that,? she said. ?I?m pro-Second Amendment. But at the same time we have to find some kind of balance. I think you?re going to find some Republicans who are typically very pro-gun soften on some of these things because we have to keep our children safe.?

    You can't maintain liberty based on emotion. That is how 99% of women see EVERYTHING,.....emotion, not logic.

    Reason why anything is announced anywhere is for political gain of the person or party raising the hell. Doesn't mean beans the bills will be passed. However I spoke with a Senator not long ago about all this nonsense whether gun bills or anything else submitted to be heard on the floor. It is nonsense for politicians to waste the taxpayers money and time to do such bills. They are heard and kicked aside to waste more govt. folks time . I suggested a bill to eliminate that and a penalty for politicians trying to upset the apple cart . It is clear what the state constitution says about firearms. I am not talking the 2nd amendment. I am talking the state constitution. Nicky Haley once broadcast on TV ALL SC residents are militia. We are to protect the rights of everyone here. So I included a link for other states also. IF your state is violating your rights, go get an Attorney that has the guts to stand up for you. Let the folks on the jury decide if rights have been violated. Funny when you look at the link that the anti gun states MOST have no state constitution. California being one and some upper eastern coast. Rest assured if SC would ever pass anything anti gun they will be in court. That AWB is directly influenced by the charleston church shooting with dylan roof . Enjoy the link ...

    I piled all of my firearms in a box in the barn so when the SC state police show up it will be easy for them to comfiscate and I will not be a law breaker.After all the state government knows whats best for us.

    Whether or not the OP posted to seek attention or be a rabble rouser is moot. AWBs, limits on purchases, taxes on ammo, confiscation, or any type of
    anti Second Amendment legislation are always a threat as long as there are DEMOCRATs in government. Be it local, state, or federal. Even if they are a tiny minority.

    DEMOCRAT are organized and committed to not only eradicate your rights to own firearms, but wipe out the US constitution in its entirety.

    Please elaborate on how you believe some of the folks here are hoping that this legislation will pass? Or are you just projecting your own fears on how it's even possible that this bill was even submitted in this "pro gun" state? Don't forget H3275 that is currently residing in the House committee on judiciary.

    See, this is the problem with gun owners. Too much bitching back and forth about dumb stuff. Imagine our power without all the inighting. I'm not looking for a fight with any of you,I'm just sharing important information that affects all of us regardless of what state we reside.
