anyone collect night deposit bags?
reason I ask is many folks I know own, collect, and sell snub nose revolvers from days gone by.
many think snubs were primarily for detective use, when in fact, many business owners used snubs to make their nightly drops in a slot at the bank. wonder if they still do? hmmm.
just curious if anyone collects the drop bags that banks would issue with their names on them to local business's? might go good with a snub auction on gb.

Don't collect them , but sold a gadzillion of them.
They were a fast seller at our antique flea market tables.
Got most for pennies at yard sales/estate sales. Sold them for $10 and up.!!
Oddly, the most buyers were young, 21 to 30 yo girls. :shock:0 -
Not deposit bags but I do have a sizable collection of cloth/canvas money bags from the U.S Mint in different $ amounts printed on them that I've gotten from banks, some I use for carrying loose ammo (sadly I have no loose money ). Also have cloth gun powder and shot bags I have displayed, all with different colors and name brands, very pretty 0
