Mosque shooting in New Zealand
Just being reported many dead and wounded in two mosques in Christchurch by multiple shooters. Sounds like there?s still a lot of confusion but they just said 27 dead. They are saying ?AR15 Machine Guns? were used. I thought they were iligal in New Zealand.

I heard that on my drive in to work on BBC. Kind a ironicle a mosque in a place called Christchurch. it's as though some of the residents were cleaning house. 0 -
Prayers to those folks 0 -
News just said 48-49 dead. Government asked all Mosques be closed. Sounds like anti immigration group making a statement according to news. 0 -
Anyone who defiles a house of worship and folk at prayer is wrong... 0 -
A portion of one of the attacker's manifestos....imagine that...

What is an"AR15 Machine Gun?"
The AR 15 (Armalight 15) is a semi auto rifle.
So and AR15 Machine Gun must be some new invention.

The "infidels" are getting revenge on the rag heads!

Well at least they didn't fly a jet plane load of innocent people into the building like the rag heads did. 0 -
Say what you want. But this is going to be a hey day for the GC crowd. Stand by for displays of "unity." 0 -

In my opinion it just shows that gun laws don't work. They've already banned them there so what are they going to do make more gun laws for a country where they're already banned?0 -
I have been waiting for this to happen, I am surprised it didn't happen sooner.
I just read he had a Semi Auto Shotgun and a rifle. The picture of the rifle looked like an AR but with a CA stock.0 -
correct me if i am wrong, but wasn't the 1500 units of the AR 15 sent to Nam full auto capable , and Ca style stocked? the problems with this model, caused the military to stop any further acquiring. modifications were made and thus the Ar 15 became semi auto only and the new model took the M16 name. 0 -

The fact that the existing bans don't work has never stopped calls for new and stricter.
Watch, the Dems and high schoolers will soon band together in solidarity against the NRA. Yes, I know that the NRA had nothing to do with the shooting, but that hasn't mattered in the past.0 -

I watched the video....it was something...no mercy, lots of evil in his heart for sure. It is a shame his video didn't include his being taken into custody. 0 -

She probably thinks the NRA stands for No Republicans Allowed.0 -
Western condemnation for this terrorist act is everywhere, but notice Mohammedan's world wide will never ever condemn
their terrorist attacks on Christian or western targets, in fact millions actually celebrate such actions.0 -

There has been LESS condemnation of the many atrocities committed by the muslim terrorists than of this guy killing some muslims. Never I have ever heard any condemnation of the terrorist killing Christians in their place of worship...or did I miss something?0 -

Actually in the US when Muslims cause terror the media and Left's reaction is calls to protect Muslims from reprisals.....when do reprisals ever happen in this country? They are so warped.0 -
On March 4 30 Christians were killed by Muslims in Nigeria. Where was the world's outrage then?
The Guardian reports that Fulani herdsmen assaulted the Christians around 4 a.m. in Karamar village in the Maro district of Kajuru.
The herdsman reportedly set fire to several houses and a church. The terrorists then sporadically shot at families trying to escape the blaze, killing 32 people.

Here is why:
1. The Muslims were bl*ck Africans
2. The victims were Christians
3. It happened in Africa and No one cares what happens there
4. There was no outraged white politician
5. You cannot blame guns for the crime
6. The NRA is not in Africa
7. They can blame white supremacy and Trump for this.0 -
That about covers it... 0 -
Blatant media bias and hypocrisy showing its ugly face again. These people are so predictable. 0 -

Firearm ownership is not banned in NZ .. but it is restricted.
"Nearly 250,000 [1] licensed firearms owners own and use New Zealand's estimated 1.5 million [1] firearms.[2] As in Australia, but unlike the US and Canada, gun laws usually gain the support of both major parties before they are passed. Guns are not currently a major political issue, but have been restricted immediately after the Aramoana massacre in 1990, the Scottish Dunblane and Australian Port Arthur massacres in 1996.
Gun licences are issued at the discretion of the police in New Zealand provided the police consider the person to be of good standing (Citation New Zealand.2008.?Delegation of Powers by Commissioner.? Arms Act 1983 No. 44.Wellington:Parliamentary Counsel Office,1 October. (Q3022) ) [3][citation needed] and without criminal, psychiatric or drug issues as well as meeting other conditions such as having suitable storage facilities. They must be issued for a valid reason[citation needed]. Several different categories of licenses are permitted, with the lowest one permitting access to restricted semi-automatic rifles and shotguns, with limited capacity, while the higher levels which permit fully automatic weaponry and pistols are rarely issued to civilians.
Various governments[vague], groups[vague] behind the Thorp reports[citation needed], and the New Zealand Police[4] have pushed for various forms of universal firearm registration. This has currently not succeeded but current maneuverings[needs update] by the New Zealand Police are attempting to reclassify large numbers of 'A' category firearms as 'E' category (military-style semi-automatics), which requires them to be registered[speculation?]. This has been done though even by their own admission[5] the New Zealand Police cannot reliably register the current military-style semi-automatic (MSSA) firearms.
In March 2009 the New Zealand police bid to reclassify certain types of civilian semi-automatic firearms was overturned by the New Zealand High Court as a result of a legal challenge mounted by the New Zealand National Shooters Association (NSA) president Richard Lincoln."0 -
On a side note... Could you imagine what Adolf Hitler would have thought of the world today? Just let that sink in. 0 -
I can't imagine there is anyone so sick as to make some of the comments that have just appeared here. SHAME! How about commenting on the unarmed hero who tried to tackle him? 0 -

If you can't carry a gun for protection then it's the same as being banned.0 -

Sounds about right.
While I do not in any way condone it, "They" (Muslims) brought about targeting innocents, and those in a House of Worship, Flying Planes in to High Rises killing 3000k plus, etc. What did they think would eventually happen?
Push a People long enough and hard enough, repercussions will insue.
(And) In case it has not been noticed by those wanting to do away with the 2nd Amendment in order to "Protect" us. How did it work out for them, in a Gun Free Country? I'm sure the "Elites," will still have Armed Guards to protect them. (Pelosi, O'Donnell, et al.)

Watch a movie titled "Look whos back" it'll answer your question.0 -
Let's see....
When muslims kill Americans - muslims say, "It was not us, we are the good muslims, wink, wink. The bad muslims are the ones killing Americans, wink, wink. We are peace loving muslims, wink, wink."
I have a hard time working up a lot of sympathy when a white terrorist dishes out a little of the muslim's own medicine on the muslims.
It wasn't me, wink, wink. It was the bad white gun owner, wink, wink0
